The M1432C and MG1432C universal cylindrical grinding machines are a new type of universal cylindrical grinding machine developed based on our MG1432 universal cylindrical grinding machine, utilizing various technologies of our high-precision cylindrical grinding machine. They have high precision, strong rigidity, advanced structure, and beautiful appearance. Their performance is significantly higher than that of the same type of bed before the modification. After being put on the market, they have been welcomed by a large number of users. The grinding wheel holder adopts a sleeve type integral tile high-precision dynamic pressure bearing spindle system, with high rotation accuracy and good rigidity.
2. This machine tool is mainly used for grinding cylindrical and conical inner and outer surfaces, and is most suitable for machining single or small batch parts in mechanical processing workshops, tool workshops, machine repair workshops, etc.
3. The grinding wheel holder spindle adopts our proprietary technology, with high rotation accuracy, good rigidity, and good grinding smoothness. The spindle material is made of 38CrMOALA that has undergone nitriding treatment, with a hardness of HV900 or higher, a long service life, and good precision retention.
4. The headboard spindle system adopts proprietary technology from our factory, with high precision and good rigidity. The surface roundness of the internal and external parts of the card grinding is significantly higher than the national standard requirements.
5. The feed guide rail of the grinding wheel rack adopts anti friction plastic guide rail, which has a low friction coefficient, high seismic resistance, and good grinding accuracy.
To meet the special needs of grinding machines, the hydraulic system adopts a three screw pump for oil supply, which has the characteristics of small pulsation, smooth movement, low noise, and long service life.
7. The operating system adopts our proprietary technology: S16YT009 integrated control box single handle centralized operation, centralized electrical control buttons, simple and reliable operation.
8. Special requirements can increase the worktable shaking grinding function (60 times/minute).
